首先不知道您所谓的低谷是什么呢？是感情，或者事业遭遇不顺吗？

电影《欢乐好声音》有句经典台词，“当你一败涂地的时候，你只剩下绝地反击。”这是看完整部电影，让我记住的话。所以我们需要做的就是让自己一点一点振作起来，生活可以变好的可能性都在你手里。

第一，收拾自己的房间。

当生活一团糟的时候，心情也会跟着变坏。这个时候环顾一下自己的居住的空间，从衣物开始，把没用的东西，没有心动感的东西统统清理出去。等收拾完了之后，相信你的心情会变好。其实整理衣物也是在调试心情，给自己找点事情做，比胡思乱想，陷在那种负面情绪里强多了。

第二，锻炼身体，早睡早起。

相信每个人都会经历大大小小的不顺心，这会让身心疲惫，遭受煎熬，所以这个时候，锻炼身体，可以帮助身体排毒，好好休息，可以给身体充点。只有当身体变得放松舒服了，精神状态才会变得更好。

第三，好好吃饭。

好好吃饭，只是满足了最基本的生理需求，看似一件微不足道的小事，其实是把人生变好的大事。

所以可以在网上找一些美食食谱，自己学着做饭，三餐规律一些。人跟什么过不去都不要跟美食过不去哦。

《孤独美食家》里在说吃饭这件事时：“短时间内变得随心所欲，变得自由，又不被谁打扰，无所介怀地大快朵颐，这种孤高的行为，正可谓是平等地赋予现代人的最佳治愈！”

用干净的空间为自己冥想，用规律的作息健康的食物为自己的身体养精蓄锐，然后重新给自己正向的心理暗示，避免过度自我怀疑，树立自信心。

第四，找到自己的兴趣以及心中所爱。

可以思考这一生想要成为怎样的人，自己真正所爱的是什么？对过去进行复盘，归纳自己的优缺点，然后可以多 尝试，最终发现自己热爱的理想，并为之努力。

曾经听过一句话，对低谷最好的解释就是无论往哪走都是向上，不然那就不叫低谷。

其实想想也许我们所经历的并没有那么糟糕哦！
